PEAK PERIODS

22nd December to 07th January

Cancellations received with 30 days or more notice will be refunded in full less any bank chargers.

Cancellations received with less than 30 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

OTHER PERIODS (1)

08th January to 30th April & 01st August to 31st August & 01st December to 21st

Cancellations received with 21 days or more notice will be refunded in full less any bank chargers.

Cancellations received with less than 21 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee

OTHER PERIODS (2)

01st May to 15th July & 01st September to 30th November

Cancellations received with 14 days or more notice will be refunded in full less any bank chargers.

Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice is subject or a 100% cancellation fee.

Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
